WHY IGLA?

Car theft in Australia is sky-rocketing, and modern cars are shockingly easy to steal – even with factory immobilisers.

If you have a push button start car, it’s even easier.

Thieves are able to clone key fobs, or just break into the vehicle and then plug into the odb2 port with a key copying tool, and program a fake key in seconds and then start the engine and drive off with your Holden Commodore, Toyota Landcruiser, Nissan Patrol, Ford Ranger, or other vehicle... without making a sound.

The IGLA immobiliser features PIN-code authorisation, meaning your vehicle can't be driven away, even if your keys are lost or stolen, without entering your pincode, and this is done by pressing the existing buttons in your vehicle.

IGLA is a simple, yet extremely effective vehicle security device which includes built-in Comfort functions to close windows, lock doors and fold mirrors along with anti hi-jacking modes. (Comfort not available on all vehicles)

The Igla system is designed to protect your car against theft or carjacking as well as providing OBD port blocking and key re-programming blocking.

The device employs the most up-to-date software algorithms that block engine start or operation, automatic transmission shifting, and reprogramming of standard keys*.

In case of carjacking, it blocks the engine at a speed safe for the driver and cars nearby.

Security

The system cannot be bypassed using standard theft methods and is undetectable using traditional car theft methods.
Thieves cannot use RF scanning or code-grabbing technology to intercept and detect the security system.


Warranty

Thanks to its innovative design, IGLA can be installed without the need to cut any factory wires meaning your new car warranty remains.
It uses the factory wiring to silently and invisibly carry out tasks.

Comfort

As well as anti-theft features, IGLA offers a wide range of comfort features, such as automatic closing of windows and sunroof, folding of mirrors, automatic locking of the central lock when starting to drive, and disabling the Start-Stop system.*

Anti Carjacking

This optional feature forces the engine to shut down safely after a set distance, when a door is opened and closed without the correct PIN being entered.
